Already completed Tai Chi Session #1 with Staci? Ready for Tai Chi #2?

We will review what we learned about Tai Chi in Session #1 and build upon our practice to extend our form. No worries if you have forgotten all of what you learned in Session #1! We love that about ourselves. Weather permitting, we will be outdoors in the shade.

Dates: August 15, 18, 20, 22 & 24.
Time: 4:00pm-4:45pm.
